Never received my package

I ordered $98 worth of merchandise in the beginning of May and its now July I haven't received anything! I got an email just saying that there was a "label created" but item has been delayed. I reached out through email 3 times and was told that the package would be shipped soon but that was a month ago I haven't heard from them since. I'm really disappointed because even though I haven't received anything I can't get a refund
