We are based in Canada and ship worldwide!

Due to the custom nature of our orders there are no cancellations, Depending on the status of your order, (if no design has been completed yet) it may be possible to cancel the order.

Our usual provessing time is 3-4 weeks, sometimes that will be sooner depending on order volume. Once shipped it usually arrives in 2-10 days.

Unfortunately due to the custom nature of each product I am unable to accept returns. However if you have any problems with your item please do not hesitate to reach out. If there is an issue with the item please send photo's.

Photos that are evenly lit, full face in the frame, and looking at the camera work best!

If the photo you provide doesn't work for me I will reach out for another one.

No worries! We offer free revisons on all designs, and 1 free photo change.

For sweaters/shirts wash inside out with cold water and then gently tumble dry or lie flat to dry! Do not iron directly on the design.

Can glasses/Mugs are handwash only. Do not scrub the design or soak in hot water to ensure long lasting life!

Jewelery is stainless steel, we recommend keeping out of water and away from sweat.
