We ship worldwide!
How long does processing/shipping take
Depending on order volume it can take 4-5 weeks to process. I'm only one person and try my best to have it out before that! Once shipped expect your order to arrive in 2-10 days. Delays may happen due to covid.
Do you accept returns
Unfortunately due to the custom nature of each product I am unable to accept returns. However if you have any problems with your item please do not hesitate to reach out. If there is an issue with the item please send photo's.
Product Questions
How many pets can i add to a product
Sweaters and shirts are able to fit 5 pets. Mugs can have 2 pets. Can glasses may only have 1 pet.
do you only do dogs?
No! All pets are welcome!
what if i dont want a pet name?
No problem at all! Just write no name in the name box
What photo should i choose
Photos that are evenly lit, full face in the frame, and looking at the camera work best!
If the photo you provide doesn't work for me I will reach out for another one.
Care and materials

how do i care for my items
For sweaters/shirts wash inside out with cold water and then gently tumble dry or lie flat to dry! Do not iron directly on the design.
Can glasses are handwash only. Do not scrub the design or soak in hot water to ensure long lasting life!
Mugs are dishwasher safe however handwashing will ensure the designs last forever.
What is the materials of the sweaters
Sweaters are 50% cotton 50% polyester blend
Shirts are 100% ringspun cotton
