I’ve heard great reviews about this company and decided to give it a try for the first time. Everything turned out ok except that the delivery was late and the note that I left before checking out, somehow got mixed up with an email I sent the company instead. I don’t know how a mistake like that happens when u can tell it was an email or if the website is glitching. It ruined the moment as one of our twin cats has passed years ago. Overall, I’m just happy the gift arrived.

The image was exactly like the picture I supplied and they even added a name to the back. They checked that the image was right before completing the order and everything was smooth and speedy. My friend loved the pendant ❤️
